Tip of the day

A little tip, yet it is very simple and widely know but it is still a very good tip for losing fat in the holidays:

  • Eat 5-8 medium meals a day instead of 3 big meals.
This will help you so you don't eat a lot of crap. It will also make your insulin levels stay more stabil and that will cause your body to burn of more fat. The reason for that is that, when your body's insulin level is high it will burn the calories you have just eaten, but when your insulin level is low it will burn the fat cells for energy.

That was a tip for fat loss, be sure to look up at the nutrition page here.

My training at the moment

Hey all

At the moment I follow the program from EliteFTS stronger(er) by Dave Tate. Im at Phase 1.1 GPP and im done in a week with this Phase.
The purpose of this phase is to clear up the body and bring the body to a baseline where it's ready to the more intense phases.

My current 1 rm:
  • Squat 170 kg (estimated)
  • Deadlift 140 kg (estimated)
  • Benchpress 105 kg.

Im a big fan of russian texts, the research they've done and the programs they've made. Im also a big believer in the Conjugate method developed at westside barbell.

That was a little update from me. Hope your having great times :D
